HSE Policy

Health, Safety & Environment Policy

Our unwavering commitment to protecting people, workplace, and environment

HSE Policy Statement

At Shreee Radha Madhab Engineering Services, we recognize that the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and stakeholders, along with environmental protection, are paramount to our business success and social responsibility.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace where every person returns home safely at the end of each working day. We believe that all work-related injuries, illnesses, and environmental incidents are preventable through proper planning, training, and implementation of effective controls.

Our operations in shot blasting, industrial painting, and protective coating involve inherent hazards including exposure to abrasive dust, toxic chemicals, noise, confined spaces, work at heights, and heavy equipment. We are committed to identifying these hazards, assessing risks, and implementing appropriate control measures to eliminate or minimize harm.

This HSE Policy establishes our commitment to Zero Harm – zero accidents, zero injuries, and zero environmental incidents. We will achieve this through leadership commitment, employee engagement, continuous training, hazard identification, risk management, and a culture where every person has the authority and responsibility to stop work if they believe it is unsafe.

Our Vision

"A workplace where everyone goes home safe and healthy every day, and our operations leave a positive environmental legacy."
